The College will refund within 30 days, all monies paid by an applicant who is rejected for enrollment by the College, or who enrolls in a program that the College cancels, or who cancels within three (3) business days, excluding holidays, after the latest of the following events: 1) The date the student signs the Enrollment Agreement; 2) The date the student makes any payment to the College; 3) The date the student first attends class; 4) The date the student first gains access to the College’s services. If cancellation occurs during this “cooling-off period,” the student will receive a refund of all money paid by the student. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by midnight of the third business day to the Campus President at: Fortis College, 3949 South 700 East, Suite 150, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84107. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the written cancellation notice.
