In compliance with Utah Code §13-34-109, students enrolling at Fortis College, Salt Lake City are entitled to the following rights: A student has the right to rescind an enrollment agreement and cancel enrollment within three (3) business days excluding holidays after the latest of the following events: 1. The date the student signs the enrollment agreement; 2. The date the student makes any payment to the institution; 3. The date the student first attends class; 4. The date the student first gains access to the institution’s services. If cancellation occurs during this “cooling-off period,” the student will receive a refund of all money paid by the student. Cancellation must be submitted in writing by midnight of the third business day to the Campus President at: Fortis College, 3949 South 700 East, Suite 150, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84107. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the written cancellation notice.
