Make-up Hours
Make-up hours are not to exceed 5% of the overall program hours. Make-up time will be supervised by a qualified instructor and completed within two weeks of the end of the course in which the absence occurred. A student's completion make-up time must demonstrate the same level of knowledge and competency expected of a student who attended the scheduled class. At a minimum, make-up time documentation shall include the date, time, and duration of each session, the name of the supervising instructor, and the dated signature of student acknowledging the session.
